Welcome to Content and Planning, a Writing and Marketing brand built to help individuals and businesses communicate better online. Founded by Faith Kolawole, fondly called TeeFaith, the brand combines years of experience in SEO content strategy, digital education, and health communication to help others grow through words that work.
Meet Faith
Faith is an accomplished SEO Content Writer and Educator with over 10 years of professional experience creating impactful, search-optimized content for global brands.
She has written for businesses across diverse industries and has trained over 300 students in content writing and SEO through her structured courses and mentorship programs.
With a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and ongoing master’s in Epidemiology and Biomedical Data Science at the University of Oulu, Finland, she approaches every project with intention, quality, and excellence, which is consistently reflected in client feedback.
While she continues to write for leading brands, Faith is now expanding into Medical Writing and Academic Writing, focusing on translating research and evidence-based information into clear, engaging content for wider audiences.

That’s why she mentors and trains aspiring writers who want to improve their craft and build sustainable writing careers. Through Learn With TeeFaith (LWT), a subset of this agency, she teaches writers how to research, write, and optimize content that gets noticed. Over 300 students have benefited from her Fundamentals of Content Writing and SEO Content Writing courses. Also, about 400 writers have access to her writing guide worksheet and E-book.
